A local doctor asked us to help him choose a practice management application. We graded 75 of the most popular applications and were disappointed to find the following similarities:
- Developed in outdated DOS based environments
- Very expensive with significant upfront costs and ongoing support fees
- Required separate installations and fees for each practice's location
- Practices with multiple locations could not share data with each other
- Providers relied on faxing or mailing printed reports to share data
- Multiple points of failure throughout the system
- Updates were delivered annually
- Users had to become computer experts
- Focused primarily on billing

Established in 2001, we have used the combined experience in business and application development of our team to build a solution that will fit private medical practices of any size.
